Terms and conditions
We are delighted to explore the diversity of Chinese cuisine together with you. UUU is a bit different from most other restaurants; therefore, we would like to inform you that the following terms and conditions apply to reservations at our restaurant:
A reservation at our UUU restaurant, whether made orally or electronically, is considered an acknowledgment of these General Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Cancellations
As we can accommodate a maximum of eight guests per evening, any no-show or last-minute cancellation would result in a significant financial loss. Therefore, the full menu price is to be paid at the time of reservation.
Reservations are binding, both regarding the chosen date and the number of reserved seats. For reservations up to 4 people, cancellation or booking changes are possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled restaurant visit with a full refund of the menu price or a corresponding refund for the reduced number of guests.
For bookings with more than 4 people, the deadline for cancellations or booking changes is 14 days.
After the deadline, there is no right to a refund. Whether and to what extent a refund is made is solely at our discretion. The same applies if the reserved seats are not used at the agreed time, i.e., guests do not appear or not in the announced number.
Cancellations are only possible directly through our booking system.
As the menu sequence begins simultaneously for all guests, we request punctual arrival. In case of delay, we reserve the right to serve only part of the menu sequence, without creating a right to a refund for the guest. If the reserved seats are not taken within 60 minutes from the reserved time, the reservation is forfeited without entitlement to replacement or refund.
Gift vouchers issued by us always indicate a monetary value and are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Please note that our prices may change over time. A voucher can only be used once, and the specified monetary value applies. Cash payment for vouchers is not possible. Only one voucher can be used per guest and visit.
Reservations are generally to be paid in advance through our online reservation system. Cash payment is not possible.
